We are an Outdoor Lighting Manufacture in Hillsboro Oregon.
We are looking for an Inside Sales/ Quotes Associate to assist in our day to day activities and a work in a multi-task environment for quotations and Sales order entry.
Being a self-motivated energetic peoples person is a plus.
The ability to read architectural drawings/lighting layouts and knowledge of the electrical industry a plus.
Working in Distribution or a Rep Agency would also be a plus
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide product pricing/Quotes and availability information request through e-mail
- Assist with Order Entry and be Able to set up and complete quotes
- Handling incoming phone calls
- Project Follow up
- General Customer Service
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Preferred Minimum of 2 Years’ Experience in the Commercial/Industrial Lighting Industry or Electrical Background
- Strong Technical Aptitude;
- Strong Work Ethic; Follows Directions, Self-Starter
- Capable of Multi-Tasking; Assisting Internal and External Team Members to Accomplish Collective Goals
- Detail Orientated; Proven Track Record of Doing It Right the First Time
- Customer Focused; Makes Certain Each Customer is Handled Professionally
- Drives Initiatives to Help Improve Customer Satisfaction
- Positive and Professional Attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office™ Products
- Willing to Perform Other Duties and Tasks as Directed
