MANAGER/DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MARKETING

This position will be the unifying force behind Kenall’s product strategy and execution. This is an important and strategic role within the Company.  This position will be responsible for leading marketing activities from planning through execution to position Kenall’s best-in-class products in the marketplace, ensuring our competitive advantage and driving revenue. Working closely with Kenall’s sales and product development teams, you will identify new opportunities, develop business strategies, implement marketing and communications plans and monitor product and market segment metrics. Additionally, this position will: 

  • lead the internal process to create the business, market and product plan
  • conduct competitive research and analysis for market segments
  • determine future market potential of advanced lighting solutions to ensure profitable revenue growth opportunities
  • develop a network of key players within the industry including key specifiers and end users

Experience from within the lighting industry a plus (marketing, technical, applications, sales, etc.) with demonstrated success launching high-quality products; an understanding of manufacturing and business concepts, methods, product design and materials; a “roll up your sleeves” attitude from a driven, action-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work successfully in a team environment required. BA/BS, MBA with a concentration in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Some travel required.
