SPECIALTY LIGHTING INDUSTRIES, Inc. is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Midwestern States to grow our quality line of linear wall wash, wall graze, and accent lighting products business. We are looking for sharp, energetic, organized, positive, self-starters that will focus on supplementing the efforts of our rep organizations within a specific region presenting our products to the lighting design, architectural market.
- 65% travel.
- Sales Development for all sales activities in this region. Responsible for the determined Sales Territory
- Provide technical expertise of Company products and applications to customers and accounts.
- Works closely with various specifiers and agents to promote and secure SLI specifications and orders.
- Successful Candidate must understand and keep abreast of all trends and market requirements.
- Builds an annual market strategic penetration plan to show clear objectives and to meet growth targets
- Develops a sales plan to deliver to agreed targets.
- Using market knowledge and insights from customers, actively recommends the successful and profitable introduction and development of new products.
- Scheduling, preparing and delivering sales presentations to targeted partners and accounts identified.
- Follows, analyzes and reviews industry, market and sales trends to assist in identifying emerging segment formats and/or prospective accounts.
- Creates input to the marketing team as they develop marketing collateral
- Apply a logical and processed approach while remaining flexible and entrepreneurial in nature.
- Performs other duties as assigned and needed
