EnVision LED Lighting established in 2010 is a growing Los Angeles based LED lighting leader that provides an extensive array of high efficiency LED lighting products serving the commercial, industrial and residential lighting markets.
We are seeking Regional Sales Managers for East Region, Central Region and West Region to join our growing company. Team players with sales management and marketing skills to develop and support our sales agents and distribution partners. Preferred candidates will reside in established East Region, Central Region and West Region geographies. Position will report directly to National Sales Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet sales goals, increase market share, while exceeding customer expectations
- Generate revenue from all sales channels
- Increase overall EnVision LED brand awareness
- Manage agency and distributor relationships by providing excellent customer service
- Educate agents, distributors and contractors on EnVison LED products
- Build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated with strong desire to exceed business objectives
- Conduct field market research, provide updated market trends with suggested new product ideas.
- Evaluate and report on competition within territory
- Ability to travel in Region territory
Knowledge and Skill Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Previous sales management experience with proven growth results
- Demonstrated history of key account sales and successful business development
- Successful growth with sales agents, electrical distributors, lighting showrooms and ESCO’s
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate
- Strong presentation, verbal and written skills
- Ability to produce results independently
- Solid strategic planning and execution skills
- Drive revenue through all sales channels
