EdisonReport has learned of a new unique subscription-based company being launched and is dedicated to deterring patent threats against LED lighting companies.
The company, “UnshackLED,” plans to invalidate bad patents through strategic use of the relatively new Patent Office proceeding called “Inter Partes Review” (IPR) that allows for cost-effective challenges to the validity of patents.
