Madera, CA – March 18, 2019 – B-K Lighting + TEKA Illumination, specification-grade architectural and landscape lighting manufacturers, announced today the appointment of Amy Weinberg as the new West Region Sales Manager.
Weinberg has nearly three decades of industry experience, most recently as Specification Sales Manager for Designplan Lighting Products where she managed sales activities in 24 states and four Canadian provinces. Other highlights include stints with Hubbell, Soraa, and Flextronics.

Weinberg also spent more than ten years with Osram Sylvania, working her way up from Senior Account Manager to becoming Executive Major Account Representative.
Among her strengths are an easy-going—yet professional—demeanor, an uncanny ability to identify new product opportunities, and a passion for lighting that is infectious to those around her.
Weinberg, who is based in Piedmont, CA, just outside San Francisco, attended University of California-San Diego. When not working, she and her husband, Ken, enjoy traveling (the more exotic, the better), hiking with their two golden retrievers, Oliver and Olivia, and defending Merlot’s undeserved reputation—one bottle at a time. It should also be noted that Weinberg is a fervent Golden State Warriors fan, and she supports the LA Lakers as well—except when they’re playing the Warriors.
