Bob Ezell joins WhiteOptics as Director of Engineering

Bob Ezell joins WhiteOptics as Director of Engineering to lead new technology development for light guide and micro-structured optic product lines

New Castle, Delaware – August 20, 2018: WhiteOptics has announced Bob Ezell as their new Director of Engineering.  Mr. Ezell, former Senior Engineering Manager, Rambus Lighting Division, will work with the WhiteOptics engineering team to accelerate development of micro-structured optics and light guide technologies as they continue to lead the industry in optical materials innovation.

Mr. Ezell joins WhiteOptics with over 20 years of new technology development and operational management experience focusing predominantly on light guide innovation. Having previously led Rambus light guide product development, Mr. Ezell helped design new optical geometries and patterning to produce light guides for edge lighting in the general lighting, automotive, display, and medical industries. Bob has been awarded a total of 30 patents focused around light guide technology.
