Self Electronics USA has an immediate opening for Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their US headquarters located in Norcross, GA.  This position provides an unique and lucrative opportunity to join the industry’s leading provider and manufacturer of LED lighting, to earn uncapped commission and manage your own portfolio of business while getting abundant supports from top talented engineering and service team.

CANDIDATE BIO:

This individual will be a tried and true “hunter” charged with developing new accounts within assigned territory and/or industry. This role is for sales professional who thrives in a producer role and is eager and self-motivated to drive growth through innovation. The BDM is responsible for developing and securing business with new customers while providing exemplary customer service throughout the entire sales lifecycle.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of experience in sales, account management and/or new business development
Ability & willingness to travel 50% throughout the south/central region of the US
Highly self-motivated, hard-working and proactive  
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Team player who is both independent and coachable
Ability to construct, maintain & manage a book of business
Dedicated to meeting all quotas and metrics provided
Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service
Prompt and accurate response time to internal & external requests
Familiarity with retail display lighting is preferable but not required
