New lines of high-performance downlight families for new construction, remodel and retrofit projects
Northbrook, IL, November 24, 2020 – ConTech Lighting by Leviton announced today the expansion of its downlight offering with the introduction of three new LED downlight product families: 4” and 6” K Series Residential Downlights, 4” and 6” Commercial Downlights, and 2” Warm Dim Downlights.

K Series
Our new K Series Residential Downlights in 4” and 6” apertures feature classic look trim options as well as soft-glow optics that mimic traditional incandescent sources, which make them ideal for residential, light commercial and retail applications. Excellent color quality is standard with 90+ CRI and 3-step MacAdam Ellipse Tolerance for color consistency in every room. Available options to customize any residential or light commercial application include Triac, ELV, 0-10V, and 1% dimming as well as IC, StopAire, and Chicago Plenum housings. The 4” K4 Series delivers up to 1200 lumens, and the 6” K6 Series up to 1600 lumens.
Commercial Downlights
For new construction and retrofits, the 4” and 6” Commercial Downlight family features LED Trim Modules which offer flexible solutions for a variety of applications and feature an optical diffusion system to help produce high lumen transmission, even illumination and visual comfort. This comprehensive series offers quality commercial-grade lighting, with 90+ CRI standard, in packages up to 4000 lumens from the 4” Series, and up to 6000 lumens from the 6” Series.
Warm Dim
Suitable for commercial, residential, and hospitality environments, our new Warm Dim 2” Downlights provide a natural warm glow with up to 1000 lumens delivered and with an adjustable color temperature from 3000K at full brightness to 1800K when dimmed. This Warm Dim option is available on ConTech’s popular Architectural 2” Downlights and Adjustables, including both round and square versions.
