Commerce, CA: Deco Lighting has submitted a preliminary plan to the court that includes a provision to pay 100% of any past due commissions owed to their manufacturer reps when they filed for restructuring protection almost exactly a year ago. The petition specifically uses the term ‘active’ sales representative agencies.
