Fluxwerx Illumination, and Shenzhen OKT Lighting Co., Ltd., have amicably resolved a patent infringement lawsuit brought by Fluxwerx asserting infringement of United States Patent D747,539, in the District Court for the Southern District of Texas (Houston Division). As part of the settlement, OKT will discontinue sales of its LV4-DM-XXE and modify its LV4-DM-XXU products in the United States and Europe alone. Both parties have agreed to dismiss their claims and counterclaims with prejudice, and all other terms are confidential.
