Former Eaton Exec, John Dinger, Named CEO of ILP and GREEN CREATIVE

St.LOUIS, May 1, 2018 — John Dinger, an experienced senior executive whose background includes the lighting industry, has been selected as chief executive officer of Harbour Group’s lighting platform, which includes Industrial Lighting Products (ILP) and GREEN CREATIVE.

Jason Hendren, Cole Zucker and Guillaume Vidal will all continue their leadership roles, reporting to Dinger. The ILP and GREEN CREATIVE brands will continue to remain independent.

“We are excited to have John as part of the team”, said Jeff Fox, CEO of Harbour Group. “His breadth of experience is a great complement to our existing management group”.

Dinger most recently served as North American President of JELD-WEN, Inc., a $2.2B windows and doors manufacturer with a broad manufacturing footprint and multiple go-to-market channels. Prior to that, he spent 25 years with Eaton, primarily in the Crouse-Hinds Business, where he held executive roles including General Manager, Global Vice President of Marketing, and Global Vice President of Operations, among others. Crouse-Hinds, a global provider of explosion-proof electrical and instrumentation products including LED fixtures, experienced 50 percent growth and increased market share under his leadership.

“I look forward to being part of the amazing legacies built by the ILP and GREEN CREATIVE teams,” Dinger said. “My role is to help extend those legacies into a broader lighting platform which will be known for innovation and excellent customer service.”
