Inside Sales/Customer Service — EnVision LED Lighting

EnVision LED Lighting established in 2010 is a growing Los Angeles based LED lighting leader that provides an extensive array of high efficiency LED lighting products serving the commercial, industrial and residential lighting markets.

We are seeking experienced Inside Sales/Customer Service team members to join our growing company supporting our Central, Midwest and West Regions. Team players with previous Inside Sales and Customer Service experience required. Preferred candidate will reside in the established Central Region, Midwest Region and West Region geographies with ability to work remotely in assigned region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in meeting sales goals, increasing market share, while exceeding customer expectations
  • Work with EnVision Sales Management, Operations Management and EnVision Sales Agents to
  • meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Support agency and distributor relationships by providing excellent customer service
  • Maintain current knowledge of regional market pricing
  • Maintain knowledge of EnVision product features and benefits
  • Effectively answer incoming phone calls
  • Provide timely responses on order shipments and inventory availability
  • Self-motivated with strong desire to exceed business objectives
  • Working knowledge of CRM programs
  • Ability to work remotely if required

Knowledge and Skill Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years in the lighting industry or equivalent experience
  • Established proficiency with NetSuite and Microsoft Office
  • Previous inside sales/customer service experience with proven growth results
  • Demonstrated history of key account sales support
  • Successful sales and customer service support with sales agents, electrical distributors, lighting
  • showrooms and ESCO’s
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to produce results independently
