EXCLUSIVE. MUST CREDIT EDISONREPORT. EdisonReport has learned that Jeff Parker is out as CEO of Soraa. He is being replaced by Kieran Drain, who has been the COO. EdisonReport has been told that Drain is still negotiating his title with the Board and it has not yet been determined if he will be President or CEO. One source says that Parker is not going far and although he will no longer be responsible for day-to-day operations, he may end up as Chairman of the Board.
In addition, EdisonReport has learned that George Stringer, Senior Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing, resigned today. We were unsuccessful in learning where Mr. Stringer has landed.
