JOB SUMMARY:
mySupplier is looking for a Senior Project Developer to help support their exponential growth in the lighting Industry. This position will be reporting to company’s VP of solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the day-to-day execution of projects; adhering to schedules, quality review, and mentorship; some client interaction and business development assistance.
- Work with our lighting specification team to develop lighting and control retrofit strategies.
- Prepare and review proposals, technical write-ups and project approach documents for small, medium and large projects. This includes preparation and review of comprehensive project scopes of work and provide accurate estimates.
- Present and justify proposals, estimates and technical write-ups to management for small, medium and large projects.
- Lead engineering team design.
- Perform quality control (QC) reviews and lead QC review meetings.
- Direct and/or participate in audits and site visits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Lighting experience.
- College degree in IT, Construction, Electrical, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency using an iPad.
- LC Certification required
- Understand the “big picture” approach as well as the importance of “Attention to Details”
- Ability to meet deadlines under high pressure situations
- Team player who can work effectively in team environment with an ability to deal with and lead a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of computer competency
- Proficiency with using MS Office applications
- Ability to travel up to 10-25% of the time
- ESCO experience preferred.
