Healy Mattos is a manufactures representative located in Hayward, California. They are looking for a Lighting Specialist to assist in their day to day activities and to work in a multi-task environment for quotations, sales entry and project management.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide product pricing/quotes and availability information request through e-mail
- Assist with Order Entry
- Set up and complete quotes and submittals
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Project Follow up
- General Customer Service
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Knowledge of Lighting and the Electrical Industry
- Efficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer focused; make certain each customer is handled professionally
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Understand design and construction documents
