MANAGER, PRINT MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS 

The Print Production Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and project management of print production services.  Create collateral, advertising, promotional and market specific strategies including print, direct mail, telemarketing and campaign initiatives to increase market visibility.  Key driver for planning, production and execution of master production schedules.  Maintain relationships with current suppliers and qualify new vendors to ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for new and existing marketing materials and concepts.  Responsible for reviewing and approving proofs prior to printing based on project requirements and company standards.  Direct accountability and management of our creative graphics team. 

Bachelors degree in marketing or communications preferred – this is not a design position; 5-7 years of related management experience in marketing, advertising, print production and product marketing.  Experience from within the building products or specification community a plus.  Strong knowledge of various marketing channels; highly motivated and high level of initiative; ability to build relationships and work within a team environment.  Must be able to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously and be able to handle deadlines under pressure.  Strong working knowledge of standard software applications and graphic design software including Adobe Acrobat, In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related programs.  Superior organizational and project management skills required; strong attention to detail and verbal/ written communication skills.
