Nanometer Lighting manufactures simple yet sophisticated high-end static or tunable white and RGBW backlighting and micro linear products. We have participated in some amazing award-winning architectural projects. We are looking to expand our team with a hands on energetic individual to join us in our NYC facility and grow with the organization.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, and able to work in a team environment. You must be self-motivated and work collaboratively.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Web Site Management
- New Product Launches
- Build data bases: Specifiers, Reps, Distributors and Internal Personal
- Social Media Campaigns
- Marketing Materials: Printed materials/postcards/give always/swag
- New Agents Welcome
- Events: Coordinate, plan events: Agency, specifier, company
- Sales Appointments/Market Research/Agency & Specifier relationships
Qualifications:
- A strong desire to contribute to the team effort
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding work ethic and a friendly disposition
- Works well with others
- Expert knowledge of software programs specifically, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point,
- Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Self starter, multi task
- Strong decision making and analytical ability
- BS Degree in Marketing or digital media is highly preferred; or equivalent work experience in the lighting industry
