San Francisco, CA – March 25, 2013–Lumenetix® announced today the introduction of a new araya® Linear Tuning Module (LTM).
“The Linear Tuning Module is a true breakthrough in lighting technology. Our proprietary light piping technology efficiently mixes five LED color strings,” said Jim Kingman, President and CEO, ”to deliver tunable and dimmable light of uniform flux and uniform color along the linear surface.”
The LTM is designed with a 7/16” light emitting surface in 1 and 2 foot modules for end-to-end installation that forms continuous and seamless lengths of color tunable light. Simple power and control interconnects electronically link the modules to enable them to act as one continuous linear lamp. The LTM has self contained heat sinking and recessed mounting provisions in the light engine housing enable the attachment of various secondary optics.
