DWM Holdings is seeking an experienced and motivated sales management professional to fill the Partner Ambassador position. As the liaison between our external manufacturer sales representatives and the Marketing & Sales team, the Partner Ambassador is responsible for managing our network of external sales agents toward established sales goals through ongoing outreach, marketing communications, and training. This role reports directly into the Chief Revenue Officer and supports the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with the company’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set, establish, and manage to annual sales goals for sales partners
- Identify training needs and solutions to support our sales partners in achieving their established sales goals
- Provide process and product training to sales partners and their customers
- Manage the onboarding/offboarding of sales agencies to position the Marketing & Sales team to best meet annual sales targets
- Work closely with our marketing services agency to develop and refine communications, training materials, and sales collateral
- Act as an escalation point for our sales partners
- Source vital partner feedback and share information internally
- Maintain CEU course accreditation and content
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales-management experience
- Solid experience developing key sales partner relationships
- Comfortable with cross-functional communication, project management, process development, and development of training materials
- Knowledge of traditional manufacturing workflow — quotation request to invoicing
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or other relevant area — or an equivalent amount of experience working within sales roles in the lighting industry
- This position requires travel to partner sites in North America (~25%)
