We are looking for a motivated and results driven Service Team Leader to join our growing team. Our service team keeps a focus on national account service and small projects and includes approximately 100 technicians in 20 states.

  •  Position requirements:
  •  Impeccable customer service skills
  •  Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  •  Organized work ethic
  •  P&L management
  •  Responsible for service metrics and technician/account profitability
  •  Acts as the liaison with the sales team including approving pricing & contracts
  •  Contract management
  •  Digital work order system management
  •  Assists with estimate and risk reviews
  •  Accountable for cash flow and Accounts receivable
  •  Job location in Nashville, Tennessee only
  •  1/1/20 Potential start date
