The Interview with Hamid Rashidi, CEO of Elite Lighting, Soon-to-be Owner of Edison Price Lighting

We had a brief call with Hamid Rashidi, the CEO of Elite Lighting.  Bob was the second source that confirmed our story.  I asked Bob about the acquisition price and he did not want to answer out of respect for the Price family.  I explained that it would be public knowledge soon and he explained the strong relationship and great respect he has for Emma Price and the EPL team, and again declined to name the price.
He plans to elevate the Edison Price name.
