Could it be that there is a lower profile Jim Brodrick?
Is there a single individual more associated with LED Lighting than the DOLED’s Jim Brodrick? Please recall that EdisonReport named Brodrick its Person of the Year in 2010.
We received the latest LED LightingFacts Postings and there is no Jim Brodrick signature block. Previous postings used to headline “Postings, from the desk of Jim Brodrick.” The recent posting is simply headlined, “SSL Postings”.
We asked Jim about the new look and he responded, “Only the name of the Postings has changed because of the new DOE policy. Otherwise, it’s the same newsletter as before.”
We did notice one other change. The current SSL posting never use the word, ‘I’, compared to the post-LIGHTFAIR posting which uses the word ‘I’, four times in the first sentence.
