TerraLUX appoints Lighting Veteran Brian Dundon to Chairman of the Board

Longmont, Colorado – TerraLUX, Inc. today announced the expansion of its Board of Directors to include former Philips Lighting Electronics CEO Brian R. Dundon.   Mr. Dundon, who will assume the Board Chairman role, also served as Chair of the Lighting CEO Board for the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) from 2006 to 2009.

Mr. Dundon, who earned Mathematics and Business degrees from Bowling Green University and a MBA from The Ohio State University, has over 25 years of executive-level management experience in addition to having held Board of Director seats with 10 organizations across 6 countries.
