Industry Veteran, Peter Shackle Forms New Company, Seeks Angel Investor(s)

Peter W. Shackle, who was the Chief Technologist of Energy Savings and later held the same position at Lightech, which was recently sold to GE,  is now forming a new LED drive company, “Photalume” which will  bring into being the next generation of controllable LED drives.
