Account Executive

Leading design & build lighting retrofit contractor is looking for Account Executives for both the Eastern North Carolina market and the Central Tennessee market. We are looking for individuals with a variety of sales skills who wants to own and manage their territory. You must be a self starter who is adapt at:

  • Lead generation
  • Is interested in using and developing the skills which allow them to sell to and influence key management decision-makers at new accounts.
  • Has the ability to become an indispensable member of the customer’s team.
  • Knows how to write business.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Must have commercial/industrial lighting experience (3-5 Years).
  • Must be an experienced sale closer that has a record of meeting or exceeding your sales goals.
  • Excellent skills: telephone, time management, organization, and territory.
  • Able to work with other team members to develop proposals, audits, and lighting layouts.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Able to work at fast- pace, self directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Needs to be a decision maker, problem solver and think creatively.
  • Must be honest, open, assertive, and organized.
