Southeast Regional Sales Manager–Visa Lighting

Visa Lighting, a fast-paced and progressive decorative lighting manufacturer, is seeking an eager, results-driven, Regional Sales Manger for our Southeast territory to support our commercial line through directing, coordinating and managing sales and supporting activities.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Manage the sales performance of representatives for the assigned territory.
  • Create sales plans with representatives to increase Visa Lighting’s market penetration in all markets.
  • Participate in the development  and communication of the Representative’s annual goals
  • Schedule and roll out new products and promotional programs.
  • Communicate and enforce company policies in the field.
  • Provide input for use in the development of new product specifications
  • Participate in literature review

Industry Responsibilities

  • Support Design community events
  • Identify and develop new opportunities
  • Participate in professional trade organizations

Education and Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication including presentation skills
  • Bachelor degree in related field, preferred
  • Associate degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Design or related field.  Equivalent industry experience will be considered
  • 3-5 years experience with customer service, applications, or sales management in the lighting industry, required
