YONKERS — The city’s post-industrial waterfront could get another boost as the Altman Lighting company moves to develop its headquarters and testing facility into high-rise luxury apartments.
Robert Altman, the company’s owner and grandson of its founder, Charles Altman, has hired commercial real estate firm CBRE to market the 57 Alexander St. property to investors and developers, Frank Tomasulo, senior vice president at CBRE, told The Journal News this week.
