Amerlux Appoints Anna LaBelle Director of Customer Service and Support
Fairfield, New Jersey— Amerlux CEO/President Chuck Campagna has announced the appointment of Anna LaBelle to Director of Customer Service and Support. Ms. LaBelle will report directly to Bill Plageman, Vice President of Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service. Amerlux is a customer-driven, manufacturing leader of energy efficient lighting solutions for a broad range of commercial, retail and architectural market segments.
“Anna is a results oriented customer relationship manager with tremendous experience and expertise in strategy and implementation of award-winning service and contact center operations,” said Mr. Campagna. “She is a proven leader in operational excellence, project and account management and service solutions that will greatly impact our customers’ success. We welcome her to the team.”
Ms. LaBelle will help initiate upgrades and processes for the customer service and support team by delivering service excellence to lighting distributors, end users, specifiers and sales agencies throughout North America and on a global scale. She will oversee workflow efficiencies, internal technologies and order management systems by using top line key performance indicators (KPI), First Contact Resolution (FCR) and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Prior to joining Amerlux, she served nearly 20 years in multiple customer service positions including VP Contract Customer Service and Customer Support Systems, for Staples, the world’s largest office products company and second largest internet retailer. Under the tutelage of Ms. LaBelle, Staples was recognized for Call Center Customer Satisfaction Excellence, five consecutive years by J.D. Power and Associates.
