Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Field and resolve incoming customer inquiries and customer service calls.
- Create bills of material, apply pricing, and coordinate with Project Managers and/or Outside Sales to fulfill the request of the customer.
- Process Purchase orders in a timely fashion and coordinate with Logistics and Accounting Department for processing.
- Support the outside Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Managers. This includes a daily recap of activity for the region which encompasses quotes completed, PO’s processed and any other pertinent information.
Required:
- A minimum of 2 years experience with in the LED lighting or lighting control industry.
- General technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self motivated and well organized
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritize
