The Board of Directors of Advance Lighting Technologies, Inc (ADLT) announced today changes to its executive leadership with Wayne Hellman becoming Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and Sabu Krishnan and Wayne Vespoli becoming Co-Presidents effective immediately. Both Sabu and Wayne Vespoli will serve on the Board of Directors. While Mr. Hellman will relinquish his position as Chief Executive Officer, he will continue to provide advice and counsel to the Board of Directors.
Sabu and Wayne Vespoli both have many years of experience and industry knowledge, and the Board of Directors is highly confident in their ability to lead the Company forward. Sabu and Wayne will each retain their current positions as well; Sabu as Chief Operating Officer and Wayne as Chief Financial Officer.
