North America Sales Manager: LED / Solid State Lighting Fixture
Chicony Power USA a US subsidiary of Chicony Power Technology Co. LTD a public traded company and a global OEM/ODM manufacture of switching power supply is seeking for top talent to support growth in our LED business unit. The selected talent will take a leadership role to leverage your experiences and relations to explore existing and new market in the Commercial Lighting. You will help to execute sales target, product specifications, and pricing management.
This position will lead in the following:
- Develop a strategy plan for the US domestic and regional market including identifying customer demand and applications.
- Working directly with light designers, electrical engineering companies, and architects in providing high levels of technical expertise with specifications of LED lighting products.
- Manage customer relationships with strategic market and accounts to expand business development activities.
- Develop annual and long term strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals. Evaluate and adjust to market conditions and take speedy actions to meet strategic objectives.

– 7+ years of sales and marketing experience within lighting industry.
– Solid understanding of LED and lighting industry.
– Excellence in verbal and communication skills.
– Physical requirements include flexibility to travel 30+%.
– Highly motivated and ready to work directly with market leaders like Acuity, Cooper, Philips, Osram, Cree and Juno etc.
