Bright Light Systems Appoints Wilson Tillotson To Lead Maritime Market Initiatives

July 16, 2014.  Bright Light Systems, a leading manufacturer of Light Emitting Plasma (LEP) luminaires and Bright Light Management System (BLMS) lighting controls, is pleased to announce the appointment of Wilson Tillotson as Senior Business Advisor, Ports & Maritime to its leadership team.  Prior to joining Bright Light Systems, Wilson was Senior Director of Engineering and Maintenance for the Georgia Ports Authority. 

At the Georgia Ports Authority, Mr. Wilson was responsible for development of Georgia ports, and drove energy-efficiency innovations at Garden City Terminal, Ocean Terminal, and Colonel’s Island that are now recognized as state-of-the-art in the maritime community.  At Bright Light Systems, Mr. Wilson will focus on continuing the rapid penetration of LEP luminaires and BLMS Controls in the port and general maritime markets.
