Lighting Forensics LLC announces the Introduction of new Lighting Education Classes for OEM’s and other businesses in the Lighting Industry. These are full-day classes at the client’s site, and customized specifically for the products and applications offered by the client. Topics can include lighting controls, lighting energy audits, lighting applications and products. The classes are aimed at Marketing and Sales professionals, but can be broadened for other functional teams; optimum class size is about 25.

They are unfamiliar with the jargon, sales channel, lighting controls, and the lighting sciences. Salespeople who misuse lighting terms clearly expose their lack of knowledge to their customers.
