Visionaire Lighting is a large architectural area lighting manufacturer looking to provide professional grade support to all of our loyal customers. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and are seeking a knowledgeable individual who can provide top tier support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact and provide exceptional customer service for end users needing support as it pertains to their account.
- Be familiar with the product offerings. Must be able to understand current catalog front to back and respond to technical inquiries.
- Abide by all policies and procedures and keep up with the changes made to the policies.
- Actively listen and evaluate each client’s request and use problem solving skills to best help them.
- Data Entry
- Quotations
- Trouble shooting for a variety of technical calls
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional experience within the lighting indusry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong organization and clerical skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Bilingual (not required)
- Position hours: 7:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday – Friday
