Inside Sales – Global Tech LED

As an Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate, you must be driven and ambitious with a strong work ethic and a dedication to working with passion and integrity. You must also have solid organizational and multitasking skills as well as the ability to work within deadlines. It is also vital to your role that you have excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing quality customer service. You must also have superior decision-making skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a changing environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting the Sales Manager
  • Customer Service
  • Quoting product

Specific qualifications for the Sales Associate position include:

• Proven sales track record
• Proficient on a computer with excellent navigational skills
• Demonstrated job stability
• Team-oriented, adaptable, coachable, dependable
• Educate customers and help them buy the right products
• Learn new products / systems
• Order Entry and Order Tracking
• Be driven to exceed goals
• Be willing to mentor peers to help them succeed
• Handle an average of 20-50 inbound sales calls per day in a sales center environment
