Position: Director of Sales – Commercial/Industrial Lighting

Job Description:
This position is responsible for build our commercial/industrial business within USA/Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a go to market strategy for Sengled smart lighting and LED fixtures by defining vertical channels and key lead customers
- Develop a nationwide rep and distribution network, ESCO, key accounts, utilities, and municipalities, etc
- Build direct customer relationships and communicate key Sengled value propositions
- Create clear market and opportunity analysis to product management and engineering teams
- Execute on new product launch and identify new opportunities and use cases for Sengled products
- Effectively organize and drive internal resources to effectively build the commercial/industrial business unit
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years of commercial/industrial lighting experience with progressive roles and responsibilities
- Strong relationships within the commercial/industrial lighting segment
- Action-oriented leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Must work well in a dynamic corporate environment (multi-tasking) and prioritize responsibilities and deliverables
- Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Travel up to 50%
