Delray is pleased to announce an opening in Customer Service for a Customer Service Rep to help increase sales and build positive relationships with Delray sales reps and customers.
Tasks include, but not limited to:
- Interface with Delray sales reps and distributors re: all customer service issues
- Daily upload of Sales Rep sales/shipping invoice reports
- Assist customers with product questions
- Assist with expedite/on-time schedules with production manager and foreman
- Project management for national accounts
Qualifications:
- Pleasant, professional attitude
- 3+ years lighting industry experience
- Strong background in order entry, quotations, and commissions
- Technical understanding of light sources (LEDs critical), ballasts/drivers, dimming, and emergency lighting
- Experience with PC-based manufacturing software (PCMRP a plus), as well as typical office software (Microsoft Outlook, Office, etc.)
