Project Coordinator/Assistant to the President–Litelab

Litelab Corp, a world class manufacturer of architectural lighting equipment is looking for a talented, motivated and experienced individual to support and assist the President/CEO as a Project Coordinator.    The primary role for this key position is to serve as a single point of contact for all technical issues, correspondence and sales related matters for the CEO.  The candidate will work closely with Customers, Design Engineering, Quality, Production/Material Control, Manufacturing Supervision, and Sales Department. 

Responsibilities:

  • Service the clients of the CEO/President by:  preparing quotes, organizing files, communicating with clients and helping to solve client design issues.
  • Help order entry define product/project requirements that will be distributed to other Litelab Departments.
  • Work closely with the customer and factory to manage expectations

Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Design, Architecture preferred or a 2 year technical degree with 2 years of experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and able to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Organized and self confident
  • Able to work independently and adhere to deadlines

Computer skills:

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Good working knowledge of CAD, Solid works
