With a reputation as the lighting show that outshines the norm, SDA Lighting Showcase 2016 is ready to surpass even the hugely successful SDA show of 2014. Hosted by Stan Deutsch Associates from September 19 – 21, this highly anticipated event will be the largest show ever produced by SDA, the leading New York City-based Architectural Lighting and Controls Representatives.
Staged at The Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City, this year’s show has what it takes to make lighting history. More than 70 high-quality lighting manufacturers will showcase their newest and most inventive products—from solid state lighting and specialty luminaires to innovative controls systems. With 2000 professionals expected to show up for this 3-day showcase, the energy and synergy is apt to be nothing short of electric.
As SDA’s CEO, Melissa Deutsch Stein, relates, “Today’s rapid evolution in LED technology gives new meaning to the speed of light. In just 2 years since our 2014 show, amazing advances in the LED world have resulted in a staggering number of incredible products that would have taken a decade to create with traditional technology.”
Billed as New York City’s Premier Lighting Exhibition, the event has never been more timely. The rapid advances in technology are unprecedented, resulting in an ever-changing world of original ideas and impressive new products.
Lighting professionals from the New York Metro Area will find unparalleled opportunities to view the latest and greatest lighting product designs and technologies. Lighting consultants, engineers, architects, interior designers, electrical distributors, end users, and other industry professionals are all encouraged to attend SDA LIGHTING SHOWCASE 2016 to ensure a future that is both bright and informed!

WHEN, WHERE AND WHAT
It all starts on Monday, September 19 from 4:00 to 9:00 PM at a special opening event where all 44 lighting and controls exhibits will be ready to display their wares. Tuesday and Wednesday hours are from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM
Drawings and hospitality are scheduled throughout each day, featuring the popular Cappuccino Bar.
