In late November, 2015, EdisonReport reported on a MOU between GE Lighting and ShotSpotter. (Read the article here). Today, during a shooting in Fresno, police credit ShotSpotter with saving lives as they were alerted by ShotSpotter seconds after the initial shots were fired. Three people were murdered today including an employee of Pacific Gas & Electric. The suspect was take into custody.
