Seattle, Washington – Aleddra LED Lighting has announced the appointment of Margaret Moreno-Coplen as the new Vice President of Distribution Channel Sales.
Moreno-Coplen has more than three decades of experience in the electrical distribution industry, most recently as Vice President of Sales for Forest Lighting, where she managed the sales forces in five regions – North American (US and Canada), Mexico, Central and Latin America, and the Caribbean.
“We are very pleased to have Margaret join Aleddra,” said Vice President of Sales and Marketing Matthew Maa. “This company has made a strong commitment to our Distributor Channel Partners, and we feel that Margaret is the right person to lead Aleddra’s sales team to success in this newly-created position.
“Aleddra’s product offering is well situated to support our Distributor Channel Partners and we look forward to much success in our new focus to drive sales through these partnerships,” he said. “Her years of distributor experience, a strong work ethic and her focus is what we need to succeed.”
Moreno-Coplen also spent more than a decade with WESCO Distribution Inc., working her way through the management ranks to become a position as Global Accounts Manager/Business Development.
Among her strengths are a long track record of consistent increased sales; finding inventory solutions for customers; and managing major capital plant expansion projects for customers such as the Bayer Corporation, Champion Paper, International Paper Company and the Proctor and Gamble Company.
“I am very excited about this opportunity,” she said. “As Aleddra grows and the product offering expands, I strongly feel that the commitment we are making to our distributors will lead to continued success for both Aleddra and our partners.”
“There are many new and exciting things coming in the very near future that will help further solidify our position in the market and expand our footprint in the LED world,” she said. “Innovation, quality and level of service offered by Aleddra are a few of the things that led me to accept this challenge.”
Moreno-Coplen, who is based in Cincinnati, attended Western New Mexico University in her home state, as well as Louisiana State University. She is active in several charitable organizations, including All Dogs Come from Heaven dog rescue, which also operates an Outreach Program, distributing pet food and supplies to other organizations in need and during times of crisis.
