New additions offer increased output and longer runs for demanding architectural applications
Northbrook, IL, March 2, 2021 – ConTech Lighting by Leviton announced today several high- performance additions to its Architectural Performance Tapelight product family, including 24V Performance LED Tapelight and 120V Outdoor Flex LED Strip Light series.
“Tapelight creates exciting architectural lighting possibilities, and this new comprehensive offering provides lighting designers the high-performance solutions they need to unlock their creativity,” said Michael Lehman, general manager, ConTech Lighting.
ConTech’s new 24V Performance LED Tapelight offers specification options for higher lumen output and longer runs on a single driver with availability in Low (LO) and Super High (SHO) outputs. The ConTech LO tapelight delivers 140 lumens per foot, with a single run length up to 70 feet on one 96W power supply, making it one of the longest run 24V tapelight products available today. The SHO tapelight has a single run length of up to 20 feet on one 96W power supply, delivering an outstanding 644 lumens per foot. All ConTech 24V tapelight is easy to install with modular “plug and play” features, limiting the need for field soldering.
ConTech’s new 120V Outdoor Flex LED Strip Lights are wet location listed and customizable as they can be ordered to hardwire directly to the junction box or used as a plug-in configuration in any length from one foot up to 164 feet. They also eliminate the need for a separate driver, connect directly to 120V power and provide a single continuous run capability of up to 164 feet.
Furthermore, ConTech’s LED Strip Lights are available in two series options: 120V Flex LED and 120V Flex Neon LED. The 120V Flex LED provides high output white light for illuminating spaces and is available in four color temperature options. The 120V Flex Neon generates a soft glow for direct view and is available in the same four-color temperature options, in addition to four static color choices: Amber, Blue, Green, and Red.
