CABATech is an established OEM manufacturer of luminaires and related IP primarily serving the Horticulture market. This acquisition will help cultivate Best Lighting into the “Fast Growing” Horticulture business and will help broaden the product range and reach of CABATtech.
BEST Lighting CEO, Jeff Katz states, “with this addition, Best Lighting gains the access and expertise into the “Controlled Environment Agricultural Market” which is currently seeing exponential growth”.
The Transaction was completed on Feb. 28th. All CABATech employees will remain in place.
