EdisonReport has received numerous complaints from Reggiani agents that Reggiani is not answering phone calls, acknowledging orders, returning emails or paying commissions. Yesterday and today we tried to contact Reggiani both at their US headquarters in Carlstdat, NJ and at their office in Sovico, Italy. We have called, emailed, and approached employees on Linked In, but have received no response.
One agent explained that an order placed earlier this week was not acknowledged. A third agent said he was told by a former employee that the most people in the US office were let go and that they have been shut out of their email accounts.
According to the Reggianni website, Reggiani is active in over 80 countries including Italy, USA, UK, China, France and Russia.
