EdisonReport has learned that Acuity Brands will change from their existing rep, Smart Lighting Solutions, to hire Lighting Associates in the Georgia market. Acuity is reshuffling south Georgia as well. Lighting Associates will pick up Savannah from Architectural Sales and Illumination (ASI), and ASI will pick up a few counties in south Georgia that will be worked out of their Tallahassee office.
Pat Walsh, Principal of ASI, explained, “We support what Acuity is doing. The Savannah market is more tied to the Augusta market than Jacksonville. We are excited to pick up these counties in south Georgia that align more closely with our Tallahassee office.”
