Position Summary:
Successful, established commercial/residential/architectural lighting business is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area.
A successful candidate will have a strong Client Experience background and will have an aptitude to follow a project through to completion.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and associates
- Communicating changes to various levels of involvement (distributor; contractor and all company internal and external customers)
- Identify, research, and recommend solutions for client concerns or challenges
- An understanding of escalation techniques and when to bring in management for support
- Delivering on-time, overall customer satisfaction through project completion
- Timely input and processing of purchase orders
- Reviewing submittals, order accuracy, and fulfillment schedules
- Delivering on-time, overall customer satisfaction through project completion
- Attend regular product training sessions
- Onsite meetings with clients at their offices or at job site at least once per quarter.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates Degree or higher is preferred, High school diploma or GED accepted.
- At least 3 years proven experience in a Project Management or B to B Customer service position.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands and maintain a sense of urgency
- Able to learn, understand and use technical terms and knowledge that are commonplace to the construction or electrical industry
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (or key components)
- Strong sense of personal accountability
- Live in the San Francisco Bay area
