Last week, as the lighting industry gathered for the annual LEDucation event, our cameras were rolling. In addition to the LightPitch™ series, your humble editor interviewed 17 thought leaders and we will begin publishing their insights this week on EdisonReport.com and designinglighting.com.
The videos were edited throughout the weekend, and we will release two per day. The first video features Burt Grant and Caroline Rinker discussing why the show is so successful and dropping hints about a possible European Pavilion in 2024. The discussion shed light on the hard work and dedication that goes into making the LEDucation event a success, and the exciting plans for the future.
The second video is with Dr. Mariana Figueiro of Mt. Sinai’s Light & Health Research Center. In the video, she discussed several topics related to the lighting industry, including the recent draft of IES RP46, the LHRC’s latest developments, and their newly built facilities.
