Come join IES Chicago for an exciting event, The Lighten Up! National Luminaire Competition. The competition will take place on April 27th at Leviton Live in Chicago, Illinois, where participants will be divided into teams to design and build a luminaire using craft materials, lighting controls, and lamp sources. This event will be hosted by Contech Lighting – Leviton and sponsored by Q-TRAN, with food, beverages, and loads of fun provided to all participants.
Check-in, food, drinks, and networking with other participants will begin at 5:30 PM, followed by building and presentation from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The winner awards and prizes will be based on people’s and judge’s choice, and the judge’s choice winner will move on to national judging.
