The official announcement was made in Santa Monica, CA on March 1, 2023. The move to acquire LightWell Designs first started in Q422 when LightWell Designs approached CS Illumination to support and serve LightWell’s rapidly growing customer needs. The process took six months, and the deal was signed March 1, 2023.
